The Mobility Lab Tree Let Down Bag is designed for operation when parachuting in static line mode and freefall mode of operation and is compatible with both the static line and freefall style SARPELS. The contrasting green, cordura bag holds 250 feet of 3/8-inch tubular Kevlar rope, two visible carabiners, and a personal escape device, making it ideal for tall tree descends in rescue operations. The bag is secured on the parachute harness via two quick-release, stainless steel swivel snap shackle links and a belt sleeve.
A yellow, nylon-coated aircraft cable safety pin prevents premature opening of the bag in flight, and tuck flaps, pockets, and a slide fastener securely maintain the contents within the bag. Rope is seamlessly deployed, even when wearing environmental gloves, and easily stowed in an inner bag made of orange, ripstop nylon.
