The CPS Special Operations Vector-3 Tandem Sigma (SOV3-TS) Harness/Container System for HAHO/HALO operations allows: two jumpers outfitted with full combat equipment; a single operator in TTB configuration; or a single operator carrying a K9 handler, K9, and full combat equipment.
The Special Operations Vector-3 Tandem Sigma (SOV3-TS) Harness/Container System, aka Tandem Sigma, is a highly-versatile, military tandem parachute system for HAHO/HALO operations. It can accommodate three discrete scenarios:
- 2 jumpers carrying full combat equipment
- Single operator in tethered tandem bundle (TTB) configuration
- Single operator carrying a K9 handler, K9, and full combat equipment

The system includes the patented Disc Release System (DRS) and integrated protective flaps which offers superior protection against accidental premature deployments. The innovative patented SkyhookTM RSL System was designed to speed up the deployment of the reserve freebag and allows the canopy to begin its inflation process within 30.5m (100 ft.) of breakaway altitude, thus saving valuable altitude.
