The CPS Tactical Flotation Support System features a pair of compact, one-size-fits-all, inflatable units used by combat swimmers and during overt/covert and/or maritime operations. Primary inflation actuated with a CO2 cartridge (not included); secondary via an oral inflation tube.
The CPS Tactical Flotation Support System consists of two independent, right and left hand, color-coded, inflatable units that are used by combat swimmers and during overt/covert and/or maritime operations. Provides 45 lbs of positive buoyancy at a depth of 33’, 57 lbs at 15’, and 80 lbs at seawater surface.
Each one-size-fits-all unit can be mounted on a belt and includes a reusable welded flotation bladder made of 200-denier nylon, an inflation system, pouch with a Grommet, Loop and Pin (GLP) closure system (prevents accidental deployment), and a firing handle:
- Covert system: camo green pouch, black bladder
- Overt system: gray/black pouch, yellow bladder with reflective tape
The inflation system can be actuated with a Leland 38 gram CO2 filled cartridge P/N CPS-86121Z 2W134 (not included) and manually via an oral inflation tube.
