Echo

The Echo LB Tactical Altimeter is an IR controlled (optional) audible altimeter that automatically calibrates to local elevation and provides easy and fast altitude/QFE offset. It provides three warning banks, each with four high-speed and four canopy flight warnings, only accessible via a code.

It makes the perfect altitude awareness system when paired with the visual Alfa LB Tactical Altimeter. When coupled with the Altiset II, a jumpmaster/mission commander can preset the mBar and warning altitudes to the same reading for a small group/entire load via the IR receiver, giving greater adjustment between takeoff points and dropzone variations.

Built from aircraft grade aluminum and equipped with a 2mm thick hardened glass lens, the Echo is shock resistant and waterproof up to five feet for 24 hours. It has a large, hi-def LCD screen with an adjustable backlight and displays in feet or meters, mph or kmh. Operating altitude 0 to 40,000 feet; temperature range of -30°C to +60°C. Uses 2 Renata 3V lithium CR2325.
